1993 Honda Civic DEL SOL Si for sale by owner - Ridgewood, NY

1993 Honda del Sol with a D16Z6 1.6L engine and clean title. Does not currently run due to cylinder #4 not holding compression. The car is being sold as-is and would make a good project for someone looking to repair the current engine or do an engine swap.

I’ve owned the car for about 2 1/2 years. Before the engine issue, it drove fairly well and has currently been sitting for about two months.

During my ownership, I’ve replaced the passenger-side axle, starter, ignition switch, distributor cap, and passenger-side wheel bearing. I also previously had the ECU sent out for repair.

The car also has:

• Remote starter and locks

• Custom seats

• Original OEM seats available and can be included

• New A/C compressor that has not yet been installed

• New headlights that have not yet been installed

Known issues:

• Cylinder #4 does not hold compression; vehicle does not run

• Front rotors and calipers need replacement

• Targa top currently does not lock

• Custom passenger seat needs to be properly secured/mounted and currently has some movement

The new A/C compressor, new headlights, and original OEM seats can be included with the sale.
