Non emmergency rates:

Existing customers $60/ hour, 1 hour minimum

New customers/ out of area, $65/ hour, also 1 hour minimum.

● clocks, remote timers, specialty parts/orders I buy from local vendors, these items you pay me for driving/buying at my usual hourly rate. NO mark-up on parts.
