I do repairs that last, all professional brands. My main irrigation vendors are Ewing, Imperial, Site One, and Grangetto's, I tend to avoid Big Box Store products, especially Orbit products!!! (I do repair Orbit valves~sadly)

Work is guaranteed with top local references. Three warranty call-backs in over 30 years of repair work! I fix my mistakes. PARTS FAIL, typically when using TOO MUCH BLUE GLUE, when parts are cut too short or too long and PARTS ARE NOT PLUMB!! (Under stress)

☆ All work is Time and Materials (T-n-M), although I do estimate (not a bid) how long things will take to fix. I am NOT a Landscape Contractor and am Limited to jobs under $500 by CA contract laws.

I Do Irrigation Timer/Clock Installations and wiring, wireless remotes, rain/freeze sensors, valve manifolds and electrical trouble shooting from the clock to the valves, wire tracing, new wires, I remove indoor wire nuts and replace them with waterproof wire nuts at your valves.

I also install fertigation systems to put fertilizers into your irrigation lines, (the true future of irrigation) dual master valves and nutrient tanks allow your clock to hydrate your plants first and then fertilize them later ON THE SAME line!!?!

Fertigation Systems are NOT subject to local irrigation laws for time and days of watering! Fertigation can reduce the need for watering up to 70%!!!!!! (Proven)

I design and install Hill-top fire prevention sprinklers to assist with fire suppression, ( I saved 2 homes from burning to the ground!!)

networked on your irrigation timer in it's own Program (C or D) you can set up a fire suppression with a

'One Button' activation, when a wildfire is coming; hit a button, grab your family/ pets, and valuables then leave the timer to create a moisture bubble around your home, ranch or estate!! NO fire, is a good thing; I had saved 2 houses from wildfires thus far.

I diagnose and fix low voltage lighting systems; power supply, timer, fuse, Voltage load, amps, wire sizing and load, breaks, damaged fixtures, bulb replacement and wire splicing.

In the late fall / winter, I am doing pruning of roses and fruit trees @ $40/ hour.
