Over 25 yrs experience skilled Construction and Real Estate Controller and Project Accountant available for accounting needs, operations assistance and junior employee training as 1099 Consultant or W2 employee.

Strong bridge between Admin and Field. Quickbooks Pro Certified in all versions. ProCore and various project management softwares and can easily adapt to any software. Highly proficient in AIA G702/703 pay applications, lien waivers, COI, change orders, contract management, etc.

Seeking 20-30 hr wk maximum depending on your needs. I am highly organized with ability to meet all milestones and timelines.

Remote accountant since 2013 with established home office in East PHX Valley. I also do hybrid from your office or on jobsites. I attend and can easily lead Zoom/Teams meetings live in person.
